Job Description

Overview

Do you love producing eBooks, blogs, infographics, and other content that attracts and engages B2B buyers? This job may be for you.

As Building Engines continues to innovate new technology for the Commercial Real Estate property management market (it’s more exciting than it sounds), we are looking for a compelling content marketing and communications associate to work with our talented marketing team. You will play a big role in our brand story and voice across all channels as we grow quickly and expand our market presence.

We believe in the power of content to change ideas, create awareness, and move our buyers to action. We’re looking for someone to harness the passion, ideas, and innovation happening within our four walls, and turn that into brand assets that help fuel our future growth.

You’ll be accountable for producing all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, and leads that deliver sales and customer retention. You’ll have access to a number of subject matter experts, innovative points of view, and original research and insight to fuel your content creation, supported by a set of customers who have been positively impacted by our products and services, and are happy to advocate on our behalf.

This is an opportunity for someone with a range of content skills - from copywriting to creativity - to develop a strong portfolio of assets. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable contributing to and executing the day-to-day of our content strategy to continue the success we’ve had in content marketing and take it to new heights.

  • Create high-value resources across multiple channels, including email marketing, blogging, long-form assets (eBooks, guides, white papers, research reports), virtual (webinars, podcasts and videos), short-form (infographics, checklists), and more.
  • Repurpose existing content and company thought leadership into multiple engaging formats
  • Work with our designers to ensure assets are on-brand, compelling, and visually appealing
  • Measurement and optimization of the program on a regular and ongoing basis

  • A high-growth marketing mindset (help to optimize the path to conversion for readers)

  • Ability to thrive and adapt to change in a face paced environment
  • Experience creating content across a variety of formats
  • Project management skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a complex environment, focusing on the delivery of results
