The Content Marketing Manager is responsible for driving Brainshark’s content and social media marketing strategies. In this role, you’ll be writing regular blog posts and delivering copy for other creative assets such as eBooks, video scripts, email campaigns and web promotions. This position reports to the Senior Content & Programs Manager.
We are looking for a versatile marketer and a strong writer with a knack for developing high-quality content for a variety of channels; a strong understanding of inbound marketing strategies and tactics; and a passion for social media and engaging with key audiences.
This is a fun role where you’ll be on the front lines, writing about everything we do at Brainshark and everything going on in the world of sales enablement. You will play a key role in the success of our marketing and sales strategies by providing the content and messaging we need to reach our goals. You’ll also use Brainshark’s technology in doing your job so you know firsthand what all the buzz is about!
Skills and Requirements:
•2-4 years in online publishing or B2B content marketing
•Background in journalism and editorial a major plus
•Proven experience in writing and creating content for sales/marketing audiences is also a plus
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as accuracy and attention to detail
•Strong social media footprint with experience marketing with Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube
•Experience writing for the web with an appreciation for SEO best practices
•Ability to quickly understand and articulate Brainshark’s capabilities, value proposition, and key messages
•Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
•Self-motivated, highly driven, independent, challenges the status quo
•Bachelor’s Degree required
