Requirements : Industry experience in a marketing or operations role Experience working in with marketing automation systems (Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot, etc.), as well as Salesforce A hands-on attitude and a willingness to get things done effectively and efficiently The ability to work autonomously, with little supervision A willingness to learn new things and ask lots of questions along the way Excellent verbal and written communication skills Emotional maturity and adaptability Responsibilities : Marketing Infrastructure As a primary owner of the marketing tech stack - including Pardot, Customer.io, and various tools - you keep these platforms running smoothly and efficiently, always looking out for areas of process improvement. You’re the expert on how different systems and tools are connected, and the go-to resource to help others understand what information they need and where and how to get it. Campaign Operations You’ll coordinate cross-functionally to create and execute operational email campaigns. This includes knowing who to loop in from what team, how to create air-tight and GDPR-compliant audience segmentation, and how to test and send operational marketing content to attract and convert users. Training and Enablement As the expert on marketing infrastructure and data, you’ll be charged with training the rest of the team on tools, reports, and data availability. This includes maintaining a data dictionary, managing documentation, and regularly designing and leading training and enablement sessions for the marketing, sales, and customer success teams. Reporting & Analysis You’ll be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining marketing-related reports and dashboards. You’ll also work with the rest of the marketing team to understand the key performance metrics across initiatives, and finding out best, most efficient methods to measure and monitor those KPIs.
